Job Title: Parking Enforcement Officer
Hours: 24 hours per week (Days)
Pay rate: £10.75 per hour
Location: GL1, Gloucester
Overview
Anchor Group Services are recruiting for a Parking Officer to join their growing Gloucester based enforcement team. The Parking Officer will ensure the car park operates smoothly, and that a high level of parking standards are maintained on-site.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:
· Providing a customer service presence within the car park and assisting customers with general parking enquiries.
· Conducting regular patrols of the car park to ensure vehicles comply with the advertised terms and conditions for parking.
· Issuing Parking Charge Notices to non-compliant vehicles.
· Conducting site surveys and ensuring ongoing compliance with the BPA AOS Code of Practice.
· Preparing and submitting incident reports.
No previous experience of car park operation will be required, as full training will be provided. You will also be supported by a 24-hour control room and help desk team and innovative live reporting technology.
Minimum Standards Required:
No experience is necessary for this role and a comprehensive package of induction and training will be provided to the successful candidate.
· Full 5-year employment checkable history.
