Product Experience Manager

Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Product Experience Manager to join our highly skilled and dynamic team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Oxford or the Midlands, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

The Opportunity

Working within the product team and collaborating with design, development and CX teams. The Product experience manager will lead the team responsible for delivering a consistent in-car experience across all models.

Success in this role requires an obsession with delivering innovative customer experiences, and a deep understanding of how customers want to use their automotive products.

What you'll do

• Accountable for a delivering a holistic experience across all vehicles. Develop and implement a comprehensive product experience vision that aligns with Forseven’s brand strategy and business goals.
• Build a world-class product experience team and define new ways of working and tools to effectively direct the development teams.
• Collaborating with design, CX and engineering to continuously develop and improve the experience of our vehicles.
• Develop compelling user stories for our vehicles to shape experiences that delight customers and reinforce our value proposition.
• Build and maintain a strong, collaborative team culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of user needs.
• Measure and Optimize User Experience - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in user experience design and advocate for their implementation within Forseven.

Who you are

• Extensive experience in Product development and User Experience. Ideally in Automotive or technology.
• A confident leader who will direct and build the teams capabilities effectively.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• A master of empathy, able to translate user research into seamless and delightful experiences.
• Evidence of shipping successful B2C hardware products with a high level of technical complexity.
• A skilled storyteller, using data and insights to paint a compelling picture of the user journey.
• A champion of collaboration, seamlessly bridging the gap between design, engineering, and marketing.
• Creative, strategic, and technical mindset with ability to think outside the box and challenge convention.
