Description :

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Sales Executive to work part-time (3 days per week) for our thriving client located in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be out on the road, recruiting and closing membership sales (business to business sales). You will be expected to go into the office in Hertfordshire one day a month to meet and work with the Head of Memberships.

You will be required to use your own vehicle and our client will provide a car allowance, laptop and phone. This role offers a competitive salary, plus an uncapped commission structure and £250 per month car allowance plus business mileage on receipt of expenses. Commission to be paid on a monthly basis in arrears upon meeting the agreed target objectives as set out below.

Duties include:
• Door to Door selling of membership and resources to businesses.
• Covering specified areas within your location to maximise recruitment of new business. This will be London and the Home Counties (Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire)
• Working with a mixture of hot leads and building your own lead pipeline through to conversion.
• Working alongside the Head of Membership to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Providing a weekly call/conversion activity excel sheet to the Chief Executive Officer
• There may be a requirement for overnight stays as part of the job role.

• A full UK driving licence
• Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications.
• Vehicle to be insured for business use.
