Job description
A rapidly growing consumer company are looking for a passionate and driven digital marketer to join their thriving online brand and promote the company across Amazon, Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts as well as paid digital channels. This role is fully office based.
The Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, ensuring optimum performance and growth.
- Oversee eBay seller accounts, including product listings, promotions, and optimisation.
- Conduct thorough account audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Amazon A+ content to enhance product listings and maintain account health.
- Set up and manage Amazon and eBay stores, optimising layout and content for conversion.
- Optimise product listings, including title, bullet points, description, and search terms for maximum visibility and sales.
- Create and manage sponsored ads campaigns and Amazon Advertising to drive traffic and sales (with support from external agency).
- Plan and execute Amazon and eBay deals and promotions to boost sales and attract customers.
- Strategically work on improving product reviews and feedback.
- Develop and track key metrics to measure process efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior contacts at eBay, Amazon, and client agencies.
- Apply a customer-centric approach in client interactions and presentations, both in-person and over the phone.
Qualifications: - Proficiency in managing Amazon Seller Central, Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of PPC and content management.
- Ability to conduct regular client progress update calls.
- Proven ability in reporting analysis and report generation.
- Capacity to manage multiple accounts across different client verticals.
- Customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills.
Due to the location of their Lincolnshire based office this role is commutable from Peterborough, Market Deeping, Oakham, King’s Lynn, Spalding, Wisbech, Grantham, Corby and Kettering. #J-18808-Ljbffr
