Property Sales Consultant

£25-30K + commission/bonus scheme

Job Role :

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity for a Property Consultancy based in Essex. They are looking for someone to join their welcoming, friendly and social team. This position will be a 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday role with an early finish on Fridays! With the increased volume of work load they are looking for someone to join them with an immediate start. This role has a great commission structure and free onsite parking!

• The right candidate will act on instructions received from clients to source and engage suitable agents local to the property and issuing all relevant agreement paperwork.


• Speaking to estate agents on behalf of the company, gathering information on the property they are marketing on our behalf such as viewing numbers and all viewing feedback.


• How does the property appear online, and do the photos require changing / updating. Is the agent being proactive, or do they require changing. If the agent does require changing, source a new agent and action.


• Inputting all relevant information into our database.


• Generating weekly reports for each property and ensuring they are sent on the appropriate day.


• Taking offers from estate agents on properties they are marketing for us, contacting the applicants directly and carrying out the negotiations / financial qualification / anti money laundering process.


• Confirming offers with our clients and acting upon their instructions.


• Collating all information to enable the Memorandum of Sale to be created and issued.


• You will be working within a team - but responsible for your own work.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting to their line manager with updates on their progress and figures / sales achieved.

The Ideal Candidate:

Understands Outlook, Word, Excel, and be able to use a database.

Likes working in a fast passed, target driven position.

Wants a career with a company that they can grow with.

Is polite, confident, detail oriented, tenacious, and driven.

An understanding of property would be preferred.

Monday - Friday 9-5.30PM with early finish on Fridays!
