Client & Property Management Accounts Manager - South West London

Our client is a well known and highly regarded Estate Agency with offices in all major postcodes across London. They are currently recruiting for someone to join their client accounts department in a senior capacity and add value to the team from day one.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in review and payment of rental funds to Landlords, Telephone and written queries arising from Landlords and Tenants, Review and processing of new move in files
• Assistance with Tenant and Landlord arrears chasing where required
• Processing of renewal and re-let accounts
• Provide cover to other team members where required
• Client monies banking and client monies receipting (bank and credit card monies) and reconciliations of all client funds
• Assisting with client deposit monies protection, notification to utility companies and local council authorities for changes of liabilities

You will need to ideally have the following: 

• Experience in property and a proven 2 years experience in client accounting in the Estate Agency industry
• Proven knowledge of latest Estate Agency regulations and best practices
• Excellent organisational skills in a busy client accounting environment
• Numerate and excellent communication skills at all levels to assist and deal with clients daily
• Team management experience advantageous

Salary: Up to £32,000 with some flex dependent on experience
