Territories covered: Shropshire up to Derbyshire east to Lincolnshire and down to Northamptonshire
Tasks
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven HighPerformance Territory Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving exceptional sales performance within your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets develop and nurture strong customer relationships and maximize profitability.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets for your designated territory.
- Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans that include shortterm and longterm goals market analysis and strategic tactics to capture new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs address inquiries and provide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an indepth understanding of our products and services including their features benefits and competitive advantages. Be a subject matter expert and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers within your territory.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities effectively nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports forecasts and market feedback to management. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends market competition and emerging opportunities. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and sales support functions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven track record of highperformance sales achievements ideally in a similar territory management role.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends as well as our products and services.
- Exceptional negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Resultsoriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software ( salesforce ) and other sales tools.
- Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
