Project Manager – Home & Office Based in Chessington

FAFS, a specialist business within Marlowe Fire and Security Group, are looking to grow their team with the appointment of an experienced Project Manager.

• Basic Salary £52,000
• Company Car or Call Allowance

Project Manager’s key responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timescales, and project goals and objectives are achieved
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and other project documentation
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate project resources, both internal and external, ensuring they are allocated effectively
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Implement and follow project management best practices and methodologies
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

Key requirements:

• Prior experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Fire & Security industry
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Proficient in using project management software
• Relevant project management certifications are desirable
