Harvey Water Softeners, the leading provider of water softening solutions in the UK, is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor within our Aftercare team on a 12M FTC.
As a Customer Service Advisor at Harvey Water Softeners, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing product information and troubleshooting assistance, scheduling service visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Providing product information and assistance with troubleshooting
- Scheduling service visits and coordinating with technicians
- Monitoring customer accounts and records
