One of Exeter's top law firms are looking for a Corporate Solicitor at the 1-4 PQE level, who is keen to continue developing their career within corporate law. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Exeter's most successful and prestigious law firms, with the opportunity of forging a long-lasting career. The department offers a range of corporate legal services, including M&As, MBOs and restructuring, as part of a broad transactional practice. They work on behalf of a range of clients across sectors including financial services, retail and technology, to name a few. 

Experience and skills required:

• 1-4 PQE level Solicitor with experience or a genuine interest in corporate law
• Some previous corporate law experience will be an advantage, if applying at the more junior level
• A hard-working ethic, a credible approach and a dynamic personality
