Job description
A live-in carer is sought for a cheerful and intelligent 76 old gentleman who lives with his wife in a beautiful but remote area. Our client has had 2 strokes and has very reduced mobility.
The client requires assistance with washing and dressing, and taking to appointments. There will be some light housework. The role is shared with one other carer who also lives in, (separately), ideally on a four days on/off rota. This rota is flexible.
The successful candidate, will be qualified in all aspects of care, (including hoists), be very flexible, patient and have an eye for detail. A great sense of humour, and cheery spirit is essential!
There is separate accommodation comprising a newly renovated flat with all utilities paid.
The applicant would need to have their own car.
Excellent salary offered, including paid holiday and a pension.
Recent checkable references and an Enhanced DBS (AGY)
