2024…the year for continued growth. Based on our success we now are on the march and looking to hire a Recruitment Administration and Social Media superstar.

Could you be the one? We're on the lookout for a talented individual with exceptional communication skills and previous office-based experience to join our vibrant team in Ipswich. As a crucial member supporting a team of seven, you'll need to be a master multitasker with a knack for prioritising tasks effectively.

In a nutshell, your typical week will involve:

• Crafting compelling job adverts that stand out from the crowd
• Publishing job postings across various online platforms to attract the best talent
• Spreading the word about exciting opportunities and company updates on social media
• Handling candidate responses with finesse, both over the phone and via email
• Diving into the depths of the internet to source top-notch CVs
• Assisting with marketing efforts, from newsletters to blog posts and everything in between
• Getting your hands dirty (figuratively speaking) with tasks like bulk email preparation and creating marketing data
• Channelling your inner detective to sniff out new business leads and qualify potential opportunities.
• Keeping our databases squeaky clean with some good old-fashioned data cleansing
