Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading wholesale Nursery in their search for Farm Workers to work at their leading agricultural facility near, Welshpool.

For successful Farm Workers, our client is offering;

i. £11.00 per hour
ii. Overtime at £16.50 per hour
iii. Monday – Friday 7.30 am - 5 pm plus overtime as required
iv. Temp - Perm opportunity
v. Immediate start

The Role of the Farm Workers;

i. Packing and loading plants for dispatch
ii. Potting, Planting, weeding, spraying and pruning.      
iii. Manual Handling 
iv. Making trees straight, tying to canes 
v. Overtime on a rota is required throughout the year.  

What our client is looking for in Farm Workers:

i. Physically fit
ii. Motivated.
iii. A team player
iv. Comfortable with getting dirty and working outdoors 
v. The ability to work well with your hands and stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time
vi. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
vii. Own transport due to location - ESSENTIAL
