A top 100 leading law firm is looking for a Contested Probate Solicitor to join their team based in Guildford on a hybrid basis. Ideally the firm is looking for a newly qualified solicitor but also welcome slightly more senior applicants.
The highly regarded Contested Probate team typically act for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities, and financial institutions. Alongside the opportunity to work with other members of the national team, the successful candidate will be supported by the supervising Partner and Head of Department.
