Commercial Services Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their corporate Business Improvement team. If you have experience in managing multiple projects within a range of disciplines this role might be for you.

The Role

The Business Improvement Team are seeking a Project Manager to lead on complex projects across our diverse range of brands. No two days are the same, our Project Managers work on a variety of internal projects ranging from system upgrades, staff changes all the way up to new business acquisitions. Due to the wide scope we’re open to candidates from all project management backgrounds, however experience in managing business change and transformation projects would be a massive bonus!

The ideal candidate will be based in Kent or the surrounding areas due to working from our Kings Hill based office twice per week and being available to meet project demands where face to face meetings are required, so please consider this before making your application.

Key Duties

• Managing and leading strategic projects for internal Commercial Services Group customers ensuring all projects are delivered on-time and within budget
• Collaborating with stakeholders to capture business requirements providing updates throughout the project
• Managing project risks and budgets escalating any concerns with relevant stakeholders / project sponsors
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Providing regular highlight / status reports to Project Steering Groups / Project Sponsors
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

What we need from you

• Project Management qualification (APM Project Management or equivalent)
• Experience leading projects in an enterprise environment, in either public or private sector organisations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Experience of writing Business Cases
• Broad, practical understanding of a private-sector and public sector trading business
• Proficient in using major Microsoft 365 products such as Email, Teams, MS Project, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
