Warehouse Supervisor – Chilled FMCG
Food Warehouse Supervisor Fast-paced Fresh Produce Chilled
A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly successful Fresh Produce service provider, working with an exciting portfolio of products that are destined for the UK retailers. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to become a key member of the nightshift team.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful individual will positively manage the Warehouse Operatives on a dedicated 4-on – 4-off shift pattern to ensure both a safe and quality driven focus within the warehouse and picking operation, meeting health & safety standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a positive lead within warehouse operations and work with a highly successful fresh produce supplier to key retail customers.
We require;
Confident and approachable manner, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst meeting targets and deadlines
Previous experience in a Warehouse Operations position, within Fresh Produce / Food environments
Positive and motivating supervisory / management approach
Salary; £30-32k – dependent on experience
Hours; Night shift, 4-on – 4-off (18:00-06:00)
