• Salary – £40,000 – 45,000 (Depending on experience)

Overview of the role:

I have partnered with a leading multi meal stockholder and processor.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the laser services team. You will play a key role in overseeing the laser sales team, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.

Lead a team of providing guidance, coaching and performance evaluations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Set monthly and annual targets for the team.

Requirements:

Experience within laser.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

Familiarity with laser technology services, their applications, and market dynamics.

Results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
