THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Production Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in executing a range of events and projects across the UK, Europe, and beyond. This role is perfect for someone with previous experience in AV equipment management or an audio-visual technician looking to transition into event/project management. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager you will:
Ensure the seamless execution of live events, delivering premium quality experiences within budget constraints.Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Manage AV equipment and installations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Demonstrate exceptional client management skills, maintaining open communication and exceeding expectations.
Uphold our commitment to sustainability by promoting environmentally conscious practices in every project.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a natural and genuine passion for technical innovation, an outstanding record of delivering projects internationally, and excellent management and organisational skills. Practical skills in a technical production discipline an advantage.
