The company is a leader in its field of expertise. A niche market, and on a growth trajectory, the business has seen phenomenal success in recent years and boasts commercial and manufacturing subsidiaries in the main European markets and the US.

Successful growth via its buy and build strategy has seen revenues double in the last 3 years, with further growth planned.

It is due to this growth that a Group Financial Controller is sought to join this newly created Group function. Reporting to and working closely with the Global CFO, main duties will include:

• Responsibility for financial and management accounting and group reporting
• Financial control of the business operations ( manufacturing cost control, margin calculation, working capital)
• Ad-hoc project work such as post-acquisition integration, ERP and finance process implementation
• Liaison with Finance teams in the UK and European entities will form part of your responsibility.

YOU:

• ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with experience gained in a Group FC role with 8 years+ experience
• Experience working in a European set up, teams from other countries advantageous
• Process improvement/ implementation experience
• ERP system experience - SAP advantageous
• A European language: Spanish/French/Italian advantageous
