Job description
Key skills required include: Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, including supplier & stakeholder management, report writing skills, presentations, and verbal communication. Ability to learn and understand current business processes. Ability to accurately input and manipulate complex data in systems using fine tools when working on IT systems to model new processes/ procedures, Experience of analysing stakeholder objectives and issues and translating those into business requirements. Extensive first-hand practical experience of investigating operational requirements, problems and opportunities while seeking effective business solutions. Ability to provide suitable robust challenge to suppliers in order to ensure that their objectives and performance meet the needs of the ICB.
