Academics Portsmouth are seeking a dynamic and engaging PE Teacher to carry out a full-time contract with an established SEMH School in Portsmouth, starting in April. The school is all through (primary & secondary) and caters for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and other associated needs.
This is an on-going supply contract so looking for someone who is able to commit long term, fulll time (Monday to Friday, you must be able to get to the school for 8:30am).
The school will consider both primary and secondary trained teachers as they cater for a range of learning levels but you must have experience of planning and delivering PE up to KS4.
Due to the nature of the environment this position is suited to someone who has worked with pupils with challenging behaviour in the past, or someone who is looking to work in a unique setting.
You must have a DBS or be willing to pay and apply for a new one.
