The Opportunity As the Pre-Assessment Manager at our Haywards Heath Hospital, you're a qualified RGN with NMC registration and you've already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Outpatient Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you're organised, highly motivated and engaged. We'll match your dedication to providing the highest standards of care with a commitment to support your continuous professional development. As our Pre-assessment Manager you will be responsible for: Leading a team of experienced Practitioners in the Pre-Assessment setting. You will ensure patients are thoroughly screened prior to admission, identify any perceived risks to the relevant personnel prior to admission. You will be a confident and competent communicator, able to liaise effectively with all disciplines. The Person To succeed as a Pre-Assessment Manager you will: Demonstrate passion and ambition to deliver the best experience for our patients.
