Found Recruitment are delighted to be working with an extremely ambitious company who operates in the Welding and Fabrications sector. We’re supporting their search for a new Fabrications Team Leader who will oversee the production operations on the late shift.

As a Production Team Leader for this incredible business you will work 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday) from 14:00 till 12:30am and be given every opportunity to progress in line with the companies wider growth plans. This business has a passion for excellence and the successful candidate will share that vison and ensure that the work of the department is completed to the highest standards.

The responsibilities of the Production Team Leader are as follows:

• Overseeing production of TIG welding; thin gauge materials typically between 0.9mm to 10.0m mild, stainless steel and aluminium, from engineering drawings
• Undertaking some fabrication requirements and MIG welding requirements
• Ensuring standards of product quality across the team
• Communicating with the Production Manager and updating the key team members on production schedules
• Ensuring the health and safety standards on site are met
• Completing quality checks and raising and issues with department leads

There is overtime available paid at time and a half and alongside a generous salary of circa £36,500pa (paid on a hourly rate) this business offers great benefits:
