Key Responsibilities: As a Care Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of resident care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Implementing and maintaining person-centered care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Managing budgets, resources, and maintaining financial efficiency.

Requirements:- Preferably a Care Home Manager with an NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
