What we are looking for :

• A degree level or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience commensurate with the role
• A qualification in project management
• Experience of working in an adult social care environment or a related environment such as contract management, quality assurance, quality improvement
• Experience of interpreting and analysing a range of highly complex information for the purposes of forming conclusions and making decisions or recommendations
• Excellent understanding of commissioned adult social care services and the issues that impact on sustainability, quality and efficiency
• A working understanding of the Care Act 2014
• Well-developed written, oral and presentation skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, service managers, Council Members, the people who use services and other stakeholders
• Flexible approach and personal resilience and ability to manage competing priorities
• Must hold a valid driving license
