• Is adept at teaching across KS3 to KS5, with a nuanced understanding of the varying needs and abilities within these stages.
• Champions equal opportunities and inclusive education, with a keen ability to foster productive relationships across the board – with students, staff, parents, and governors alike.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, complemented by an ability to engage, inspire, and work flexibly within a team.
