Job description
**Support Worker in PE29**
**£15 per hour**
About the service user
A young person (5.5years) with autism spectrum disorder and learning difficulties, who enjoys being outside, who enjoys being outside, spending time with the family dogs, swimming and going to the park.
Hours and rate of Pay
Looking for someone to accompany them to after school clubs and/or day outings in school holidays - £15 per hour An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
What you would be doing
Teaching everyday life skills by having fun in sociable situations. Progressing language use in all areas.
The person I would like
It is very important that you are friendly and cheerful, you will also need to be flexible and punctual. Someone that is happy, patient and understanding with previous experience working with special needs children. You must be interactive and have a fun personality with the ability to encourage skill development. You must have excellent spoken English as there are some communications difficulties.
