The Role
- Our expanding agency needs an Projects and Accounts Coordinator to join our growing team.
- The main objective of the project and accounts co-ordinator is to support the Project and Accounts teams administratively.
- The work will be varied and may include reviewing reports, setting up meetings, writing meeting notes, building project plans etc.
- You’ll be working for the most senior people in the business, you’ll learn a lot and be fully immersed in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
- You will have to have excellent and thorough note taking, unquestionable attention to detail and excellent written English. You will have strong Microsoft office skills.
- You will support 4 senior managers and be able to understand and prioritise work coming from all 4 and be able to manage upwards and manage expectations.
- You will provide online Research, providing background information for the 4 senior managers.
- You will have the opportunity and ability to learn digital marketing and how the recruitment industry works – the more you know the more help you can be. We don’t expect initial understanding (though of course it’s a benefit) but this requires intelligence and an ability to learn fast.
- Our offices are in the centre of Woking – two minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the newly developed Woking town centre and 25 minutes from central London.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
- Excellent and thorough note taking with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written English and competent maths skills
- Strength of character and highly organised
- Enthusiasm, positive energy, with a keenness to learn
- Proactive and solution-oriented when managing difficult projects and timelines
- Ability to learn from mistakes and admit when you’re wrong.
