Tax Senior

Accountancy Practice and Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a prominent and well-regarded independent firm of accountants who are looking to grow their Tax department by recruiting a Tax Senior into their Yorkshire team in the Leeds office, based on the outskirts of Leeds.

This established local office offer a range of compliance and specialist advisory tax services to their clients. The role offers the opportunity for an experienced tax accountant to utilise a range of their skills across compliance and advisory areas of tax. The role will be a mix of personal tax and of corporate tax and can be tailored to some degree to suit the strengths of the individual.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own mixed portfolio of Personal & Corporate clients, whilst also providing ad-hoc support to the partners on interesting advisory based projects. The team is led by some strong managers who have a wealth of experience across numerous areas of taxation and client sectors, they are looking to bolster the team as they continue to grow

The ideal candidate may be ATT Qualified or CTA Qualified or Part Qualified and will have had excellent experience of undertaking both, or either, corporate and personal tax work within a practice environment
