About the Role:
As a QA Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the expanding software Quality Assurance team, focusing on their industry leading LED processors. Working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, including software, embedded software, hardware, and third-party integrations, you'll directly communicate with developers to resolve bugs and contribute to client-facing elements.
Core Responsibilities:
Create, review, and execute test suites for manual and automated testing on hardware, software, and embedded software.
Troubleshoot and investigate complex issues from both engineering and customer perspectives.
Log, update, and review bug tickets.
Actively learn new technologies to improve product testing and maintain confidence in product quality.
Requirements:
Inquisitive and passionate about entertainment technology.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
6 months+ experience in creating, reviewing, and executing test plans.
Familiarity with troubleshooting and investigating complex issues.
Commitment to learning new technologies and testing methods.
Experience working across teams and disciplines.
Familiarity with high-level programming languages (e.g., Python or Java).
Analytical mindset and perseverance in the face of challenges.
