Mō te tūnga - About the Role
The Crisis Resolution team provides assessment, treatment and support to people in Waitaha Canterbury requiring urgent and acute mental health care. This fast-paced and dynamic area of work offers a challenging, stimulating and rewarding environment. You will work alongside the Clinical Leadership Group within Crisis Resolution and contribute positively to the culture of the team and the team - s ability to provide accessible, safe and consumer focused care.

As a professional, highly motivated and experienced Social Worker who displays a positive attitude and enthusiasm for this area of work, you will enjoy being part of a committed and diverse multidisciplinary team. The ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, and in collaboration with our clients and their whānau, primary care, community supports and our inpatient teams is crucial. The ability to think on your feet, triage and prioritize workloads patients appropriately in a timely manner is essential.
