A leading Legal500 defendant insurance firm in Manchester is looking for a quick expansion to its new department. The firm is looking for associates to work in the dedicated Recoveries sub-team to handle recoveries arising from property/construction related losses.

We are looking for qualified candidates looking for a new opportunity with a top firm in central Manchester that can offer hybrid working, excellent work quality, top tier working benefits and real scope for progression and development. The team is in its early inception, so if you are looking for something in a smaller team with big expansion plans, then this could be the ideal opportunity!

Your clients will be large insurer firms and your cases will concern recovery claims relating to property and construction losses.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

• 1-8 PQE as a qualified solicitor or CILEX.
• Previous commercial/insurance litigation experience ideally in a property/construction environment
• Strong case handling experience
• Interest in development of client relationships and the wider recoveries team
