Ultrasound Direct is a brand part of the TFP group. Founded in 1998 the business provides private on-demand ultrasound scans. A 70+ location business that is driven by an ecommerce booking system & digital marketing channels.
The Role:
Join us at a thrilling juncture in the growth trajectory of both TFP and USD! We're in search of a dynamic, hands-on performance marketer who thrives on delving into the intricacies of the role.
Your primary responsibility will revolve around the Ultrasound direct brand, yet you'll also be actively involved in contributing to and supporting projects under the TFP brand.
Your key duties will include establishing the annual budget and plan, complete with mutually agreed-upon KPIs and targets. Among the various responsibilities, you'll:
- Identify opportunities for conversion optimization to enhance the website's conversion rate.
- Oversight of our Google Analytics – GA4 reporting to maintain a comprehensive understanding of website performance.
- Lead the SEO and content strategy, ensuring continual growth in our organic search activity.
- Direct the PPC strategy to enhance CPAs and channel volume to clinics with available slots.
- Contribute to the overarching marketing strategy for the entire team, encompassing the TFP brand.
- Manage content updates on the website through the CMS.
- Explore avenues to align the brands, facilitating cross-selling of our USD product to TFP customers
The Location:
Oxford Fertility was established in 1992 and is one of the UK’s longest-standing and largest IVF clinics. Due to the passion, expertise and reputation of our team, the clinic has grown into a leading fertility clinic and offers a full suite of treatment and diagnostic services, including PGT and IVM. Conveniently located in a business park setting on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40, there is ample free parking for staff and patients around the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of agency partners and agency management
- USD budget ownership, budget management, and forecasting
- Conversion optimization on-site to booking
- Updating site content and continuous development of USD website using Storyblok CMS
- PR & social media planning and execution to support business goals
- Creation and management of marketing strategy for Ultrasound Direct
- Creation and management of social media strategy for Ultrasound Direct, including hands-on content creation across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- SEO and PPC management via agency, identifying SEO opportunities from business data
- Development of compelling content and creative that resonates with audiences
- Delivering local and national marketing initiatives
- Continued awareness of core competitor activity
- Creating and implementing seasonal promotions for core services, including advising clinic staff of actions to take in the clinic
- Reporting and data analysis to optimize content and strategy, providing transparent and accessible reporting to internal stakeholders
- Internal stakeholder engagement across both businesses to facilitate a clear client pipeline from TFP Fertility UK to Ultrasound Direct
- Supporting regional managers and clinic staff with printed materials for use in clinics
- Training and engagement of staff at all levels across both businesses in communications and marketing techniques, sharing best practices
- Management of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Brand management and development, including advising colleagues on the appropriate use of the brand and updating the Ultrasound Direct Style Guide
- Partnerships management
- Managing the production of large-scale signage for external clinic branding
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Marketing Expertise:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and PPC management, with a track record of driving results through agency partnerships.
Digital Proficiency:
- Proficient in managing content updates on websites using CMS platforms, particularly Storyblok.
- Hands-on experience in creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Budget Management:
- Demonstrated experience in ownership and management of marketing budgets, including forecasting and transparent reporting to internal stakeholders.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to optimize content and marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and GA4 reporting.
Brand Management:
- Previous experience in brand management and development, including updating and advising on brand guidelines.
Multi-Channel Campaigns:
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and effective messaging across various platforms.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Leadership experience in managing and developing a marketing team, including work plan creation and maintenance.
- Ability to train and engage staff at all levels in communication and marketing techniques.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in internal stakeholder engagement across multiple businesses.
Industry Awareness:
- Continued awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, adapting strategies accordingly.
Location: Oxford
Full Time: 37.5 hours - hybrid working available
Salary: Competitive (Depending on Experience)
Pension: Dual contribution pension scheme
Annual Leave: 27 days + bank holidays (FTE)
