Head Chef, near Fort William Scotland, up to £55k plus accommodation Fantastic opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to join this luxury 4* 2AA rosette hotel in the Highlands, Scotland. Newly renovated, this stunning hotel has 14 bedrooms with incredible views over the surrounding countryside. Set in the Scottish Highlands, the hotel houses a 2AA rosette bistro offering exquisite food using the highest quality seasonal ingredients and produce. There is also a high standard Lounge menu serving exceptional food in a more casual setting. In addition, during the summer period, the hotel also has hog roasts, wild venison roast etc in the grounds using the finest Scottish ingredients. As the Head Chef, you will be * Creating stunning menus using local, seasonal ingredients * Fully responsible for the running of the kitchen and service * Leading and motivating the team as well as encouraging a passion for food and standard * Involved in tastings for functions and weddings You, as the ideal candidate, would be * an experienced Head Chef with a proven career history * experienced with cooking within a rosette kitchen (min 2AA rosette) * creative with flair with attention to detail and presentation * genuinely passionate about exceptional local food and ingredients * able to lead, manage and motivate a team and work as a team player * able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner * able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable * flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude Interested?
