Sales Executive
Protect Line, Bournemouth
Basic Salary: £30,000 per annum
Realistic Earning Potential: £55,000 through our uncapped bonus scheme

Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships through outbound calls where customers have expressed an interest in life insurance
- Asking meaningful questions to establish customers’ needs and providing solutions leading to gaining customer commitment
- Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs
- Understanding and following company policy and procedures, ensuring that personal conduct meets the spirit and requirement of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Experience: - High levels of resilience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Driven and self-motivated with a results driven mindset
- Confident using a PC with the ability to navigate internal systems effectively
- Emotionally intelligent
- Customer focused individual who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do
