Our client has an exciting opportunity for a People Operations Manager to join the team.
Location: North Star and Queens Drive
Salary: £55,116 - £60,000 per annum

Our clients newly formed People Operations team is on an exciting journey of improvement, and they are looking for someone to join them as a senior leader to drive changes across the team. As the People Operations Manager, you will be managing an established team to deliver an excellent colleague experience. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining their People Strategy, to meet the strategic objectives of the College. You will be the motivator to the team and ensure they consistently meet and exceed the College values and vision.
In this role, you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team by sharing knowledge and experience to enhance recruitment and retention. You will support the Training & Development team by providing training and support for CPD. You will also provide support to the People Operations Partners in supporting College staff and reporting to the Executive team with reporting, analysis and document management.
People Operations Manager – You:
To apply for this role, you will need to have or are working towards a Level 7 CIPD qualification or related qualification, foster excellent relationships with all staff, strong employee relations and HR team management experience, you will bring high standards of excellence to this role, with a commitment to continuous improvement of working, policies and procedures.
