As a
Teaching Assistant , you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one or small group support, and contributing to the overall success of the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by teachers.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students and support their social and emotional development.
- Assist with the implementation of behavior support strategies.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with colleagues to create an engaging and supportive school community.
Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to the well-being of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational setting.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
