We’re currently looking for a Multiskilled Operative to join our team in Haverfordwest on a full-time basis for a three month fixed term contract. This role is shift-based, consisting of 12-hour shifts, four days on and four days off.

The Role
As a Multiskilled Operative, you will operate and maintain industrial equipment as part of the production of dairy products or effluent within our production environment.
Supporting our improvement culture, you will maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and H&S within your work environment, training other staff in your area as required. You will manage and organise forklift truck activities across our site, including pre-start checks, managing stock and ensuring hygiene best practices.
Overseeing the cheese-making process and the team, you will ensure that our operations are running smoothly and our stock is managed correctly. Directed by the Shift Manager, you will be trained in operating at least one piece of equipment, plant or machinery.
Additionally, you will:
- Undertake testing and sampling
- Clean and organise production areas to the highest standard and schedules
- Perform admin duties, including documentation completion
About You
To be considered as a Multiskilled Operative, you will need:
- Qualified to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- To be approachable, inspiring, open and enabling
Possession of a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification would be beneficial to your application. A Level 2 H&S qualification would also be advantageous, as would a Level 2 HACCP.
