As the successful candidate, you will be an integral part of their commitment to enhancing the well-being of their residents.
Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve the physical health and mobility of their residents.
As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include :
- Performing comprehensive assessments to identify residents physical conditions and limitations.
- Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans to address residents unique needs.
- Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other relevant interventions.
- Educating residents and their families on proper self-care strategies and exercises.
- Regularly monitoring and documenting residents progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
As the successful candidate, You should have a:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy.
- Licence to practice as a Physiotherapist.
- Proven experience in geriatric or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach.
