Full time, Permanent
Salary : £70,000 - £80,000 + company bonus
Working : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location : Remote UK, with travel across UK & Europe (Nordics)
Advantage Smollan Limited (Advantage Smollan) is looking to welcome a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to provide hands on technical expertise and drive GRC principles across its portfolio companies. Your time will be split between supporting a fast-growing Digital Media Agency in the Nordics and Group wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing the strategy for Cyber Security
- Implementing and maintaining information security management system, according to information security standards (ISO27001)
- Escalation point for cyber security matters
- Maintaining IT subject-matter expertise and keeping abreast of best practices & trends
- Monitoring and remediation of vulnerabilities on corporate assets
- Identifying, managing and deploying tools to reduce risk
- Oversight & resolution of incidents
- End user training and awareness to technical matters.
- Developing and implementing framework, policies, processes/procedures and guidelines
- Reviewing new and current client contracts from an IT security perspective and conduct 3 rd party security assessments for new products and solutions
- Working with stakeholders to ensure compliance and operations best principles are met
- Ability to work out of hours if required
Must have requirements;
- Proven management experience within IT
- Strong team player and influential skills
- Commercial awareness and solution orientation
- Experience in working with standard such as ISO27001
- Strong technical knowledge with End User Compute, Network and Cloud Architecture
- Strong project management skills
- Working Knowledge of common exploits and vulnerabilities
- Excellent technical, communication and interpersonal skills especially when dealing with client contacts and senior management
Nice to have requirements:
- Possessing one of the following certifications: SANS GIAC, CCSA, CCSE, CISSP, CISM, CISA
- Graduated or have education in, a technical/Engineering subject
- Have previous experience in retail, field marketing or advertising
