The Company
This global group has a heavy presence across Western Europe and Scandinavia and is a leading player in their market space, providing industrial lifting equipment into a wide spectrum of end user clients and integrators across a broad range of applications. As the demand for their products and expertise grows, they now require an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead their UK market commercial team.

The Role
Based out of their Northamptonshire area office with travel UK wide, the UK Sales Manager will be responsible for the growth of new client business as well as developing and maximising the existing client base potential. Offering support to a team of 4 and reporting to the Director for Western Europe, the Sales Manager will be a key member of the commercial team and a lead for OE business, Distributor partner development and Integrator relationship management and development.

The Person
Ideally you will be an experienced Technical Sales Manager from within the lifting equipment sector or you will have worked for a technical equipment integrator business that has given you exposure to this product set. A strong character and a desire to both win new business and nurture key accounts will be required along with the drive to maximise exposure within the sector. A technical / engineering background is key for this role as their offering is based on the offering of technical solutions to their client base. The ability to travel UK wide is a must.
