What's involved in this Food & Beverage Manager role:

• Re-launching this exciting refurbishment of the new modern Bar and Restaurant
• Maintaining a consistently professional, efficient and friendly service in all areas
• Building a rapport with locals, regulars & VIPs
• Duty Management.
• Staff training and development

• Experience managing a F&B Operation in a busy Hotel
• Enthusiastic and ready for a challenge
