Search Consultancy are looking for an experienced 'Civils' Project Manager with a S278 / Public Realm background for an immediate start in Preston.

• Public Realm / City centre / s278 works
• Civils
• 9–10 hours per day
• Temporary and Permanent opportunity available

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• The daily on site management of Site Management, operatives, construction teams, Tradesmen, sub–contractors etc
• Negotiating contacts etc with Sub–Contractors and third party providers
• Engaging with third parties such as inspectors and architects
• Liaise with Contracts Managers, construction Managers, clients, and shareholders
• Co–ordinate deliveries of materials from suppliers
• All associated task and duties etc as required

Candidates will require:

• A valid CSCS card – NVQ level 6 or 7
• A valid SMSTS certificate
• A valid First Aid at Work certificate
• A valid Temporary Works Supervisor or Coordinator certificate is preferred
• A proven background in civils, public realm/s278 works is essential
• Checkable references

This is a temporary, temp–to–perm, or a permanent requirement depending on candidates circumstances etc.
