You'll ideally come from a food manufacturing or FMCG background. Team leadership experience is the most important quality, you'll bring examples of where you've identified and developed talent within your teams to create strong succession. Demonstrating their commitment to investing in talent, the client is open in considering experienced Quality Supervisors ready for their next step. Equally, if you have gained a couple of years' experience in UK food manufacturing and require sponsorship, the client is willing to consider supporting this. Covering the late shift, hours of work are Tuesday - Saturday 4pm - 2am. Prove yourself in the role and wider opportunities could open up across the Group.
