Job description

Marketing and Events Coordinator
Based: Egham, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

We are searching for an exceptional candidate to join our client's team at their state of the art offices in Egham. You will be required to provide a seamless front of house service to clients visiting the office in addition to providing comprehensive support to the Sales & Marketing teams.

About the role:
This is a fully office-based role.
* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am-5pm
* Salary bracket: £25,000 - £30,000

About you:
To be successful in this role you will already have proven experience in a customer focused role. Prior experience of planning / organising events and supporting sales and marketing teams is desirable - as is a passion for developing a career in Marketing!

* Educated to a minimum of A-Level / GNVQ or equivalent.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office - including Word and Excel

Personal Attributes necessary for this role:
* You will be customer focused and proactive - able to anticipate customer needs and plan ahead accordingly.
* You will be professional, articulate and possesses confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent organisational / planning skills and attention to detail.
* Able to build positive working relationships at all levels.

Key duties

Sales & Marketing
* Provide support to the Sales & Marketing Teams with the organisation and delivery of industry events and conferences
* Ensure digital content is implemented for meetings
* Assist in the creation of digital content for events
* Assist with the sourcing / creation of branded marketing materials - adhering to budgets and guidelines
* Management of corporate stock levels
* Managing the customer feedback process following events
* Updating customer records / databases

Customer Services Support:
* Management of client facing facilities - ensuring clients visiting the office have an exceptional and seamless experience
* Create and manage visitor information packs
* Coordinating the management of visitor bookings and arrivals - ensuring a positive first impression
* Organising catering for events
* Booking travel and accommodation as required for the team
* Organisation of company events and socials
* General day to day facilities management of the site
