Job description
INTERIM DISPOSALS SURVEYOR REQUIRED
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority who require an Interim Disposals Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.
You'll be focused on their commercial stock, helping the Disposals Manager work through the backlog/legacy work, as well as drive forward their current and prospected disposals pipeline.
They are happy for you to work on a hybrid basis, required in the office for one/two days per week, depending on site inspections.
MRICS is required for this role.
Local Authority experience is preferable.
