About the role

We are currently looking to recruit a Test Manager within our Mortgage delivery stream, that will support delivery of our purpose-led initiatives, driving the test approach for our innovative lending solutions to bring home ownership to more people generation after generation..

You will be responsible for working with our Mortgage Delivery teams and the Quality Engineering team to agree the test strategy and test approach for our change roadmap. Driving an automation-first approach to both Functional and Non-Functional (Performance & Security) Testing.

You will proactively improve our test capability, provide test governance, ensure the teams are adhering to the test frameworks and remove testing blockers that come out of delivery teams to ensure the continuous flow of delivery. 

What will you bring to the role?

• Strong knowledge/experience of Agile delivery
• Experience of working in an Agile Scrum and/or Kanban environment
• Working knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
• You are an experienced Test Manager
• Functional and non-functional test management or testing experience
• Experience of leading test automation initiatives (from a Manager/strategic perspective)
• Previous experience of working in an Azure DevOps environment desirable
• Experience with ADO/TFS
