You fully contribute to the delivery of the route-to-market team's KPIs and annual objectives by leveraging insight from data analysis. You support the national account strategy at a local level in outlets such as cash and carry, multi-site and other selected food service customers utilizing data and performing analysis.

Coordinar la estabilización de la base de datos de clientes (Altas, bajas y cambios) con los analistas SR, coordinar las actividades de ruteo, ingeniería de rutas, reestructuras en el canal tradicional, evaluación de rentabilidad de rutas, actualización y mantenimiento de geocodificación de clientes, asegurando por lo menos el 97% de clientes sin error y 3% de movilidad por clientes para baja, aseguramiento de los procesos en clientes y asegurar con otras áreas (C&C, Controlling, Compensaciones, Sales Intelligence, Admon, de ventas, Master data, people, ADECCO, )para tener indicadores óptimos en las rutas. Coordinar y asegurar el envío de reportes (BE, T&M, Rutas Paradas, Balanza de clientes, Clientes Venta Cero, Indicadores para finanzas, Revenue recognition, Catalogo de rutas, Base de clientes Oficial (reclasificación). Liderar reuniones con ventas para le mejora continua.
