About this Facilities Maintenance role :
Our client is seeking a skilled and adaptable Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team. We pride ourselves on fostering growth, investing in our employees, and maintaining a dynamic work environment.
Overview of this Facilities Maintenance role:
- Undertake a variety of maintenance tasks encompassing sinks, toilets, walls, doors, and more.
- Perform electrical installations such as working on spurs, replacing lights, etc.
- Provide support in production during staffing shortages.
Qualifications desired for this Facilities Maintenance role:
- Ideally hold the 18th edition electrical qualification or Level 3 City & Guilds electrical certification.
- Training available for certifications like test and inspection/18th edition.
- Role includes a mix of handyman duties with electrical responsibilities.
- Refrigeration tasks are outsourced; however, other facilities' maintenance is part of the role.
Additional information for this Facilities Maintenance role:
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 5 in 7 and 1 weekend in 2 - 40 hours per week
