Senior Recruitment Consultant / Stroud Resourcing
If you are an experienced recruiter seeking a new challenge, we want to hear from you. Working between home and our York office this role comes with an attractive salary up to £50,000, plus 15% quartely commission and a wide range of benefits. Moreover, we guarantee that your annual earnings reflect a minimum one-third of personal revenue generated.

You will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities that facilitate growth.
We're seeking applications from professional, passionate, experienced recruiters that embrace transparency in everyday practice. You must be adept in headhunting and managing retained campaigns. It is crucial that you have exceptional communication skills and build authentic connections with ease. Commercial acumen, ambition, tenacity, determination, empathy, and a good sense of humour are essential traits.
